For those keen to play Pebble Beach but are pressed for time, there’s a nearby option available in the form of the Microgravity Corporate Masters, the first edition of which tees off later this week.
The tournament, to be held at the Microgravity premises at JMD Empire Square on MG Road in Gurgaon, is an indoor simulator-based event.
It will initially be played for an entrance fee of Rs 3,000 on November 21 and 22, and November 27 and 28.
Microgravity Ventures Private Limited, a facilitator of gaming hubs and eSports tournaments in India, has partnered with Sports & Leisure Worldwide to host the event, registration for which is now open.
It will offer state-of-the-art indoor golf simulators to entrants, a statement from the organisers said.
Microgravity and SLW Golf Management will announce the winners of the event on November 28 followed by prize distribution across categories like winner and runner-up gross (men and women), besides on nett score for both.
Fun prizes
Other categories include longest drive, closest to the pin and straightest drive. To add to the experience, all winners will also get a full day with family at Microgravity’s gaming hub.
