For each head-to-head team clash, there will be two singles matches and one alternate-shot (foursomes) match with no ties. Each winner receives one point

Teams earning two points will advance to Saturday’s semi-finals

In the semis, the top four teams will join the quarter-final winners for another day of head-to-head team match play and higher-ranked teams again pick the opposition.

A similar format as in the quarters will be used with the top four sides advancing to Sunday’s team championship finale.

In the final, the 16 players involved will compete in twosomes, with the team captains playing together.

Every match will contribute to the team total and the squad with the lowest score will be the LIV Golf Invitational Series champions. (courtesy livgolf.com)
