Anvvi Dahhiya emerged winner of the 12th edition of the DGC Ladies Open Amateur Golf Championship presented by Usha, at the Delhi Golf Club earlier this week.

The 14-year-old from the DLF Golf and Country Club Academy came through the three-day event with an aggregate score of 230 at the DGC that saw 125 lady golfers vying for honours.

Anvvi was followed home by the DGC’s Ayesha Gupta, 13, and 17-year-old Renee Rane of the AEPTA course, who were the first and second runners-up respectively with scores of 236 and 240, respectively.

Speaking at the prize distribution ceremony, Chhaya Shriram, Director, Usha International, said, “Usha’s association with the Delhi Golf Club goes back many decades.

“This association is an extension of Usha’s brand ethos to promote an active and healthy lifestyle and aligns with our vision of creating inclusive health and sports platforms.”

Usha has been a partner of the Delhi Golf Club for over three decades, and has supported several promising golfers over the years.

The brand has also been a promoter of a wide array of inclusive sporting initiatives across the country.
