Aditi Bharadwaj and Alex Maon emerged winners in the opening leg of the Amway Nutrilite Golf Tour for juniors while Tanisha Kalyan topped in the special category event recently.
The tour, supported by the direct selling giant is confined to players under 25 and is being held at top courses around the country including the DLF Golf & Country Club, ITC Classic Golf Course, Jaypee Greens Golf Club and others.
Other winners at the event included Bhavesh Kalra, Mahreen Bhatia and Kartik Singh in categories between six and 17 years of age.
The special category competition is open to players between 18 and 23 years of age.
A statement from Amway India said tournaments based on the parent-child format would also be on the tour, extending health, sports, and fitness to the entire family.
The tour will conduct qualifier tournaments where the winners will get a spot to participate in the FCG Callaway World Championship to be held in the US in July 2022.

The Amway Nutrilite Tour is also in the process of conducting events where the participants get World Amateur Ranking Points (WAGR).
The Tour will maintain an Order of Merit in various age groups with scholarships going to the winners. This year, the topper will be sent to the Claude Harmon 3 Performance Institute, Dubai for further training.
The tournament will also provide young girls an opportunity to receive professional training along with being educated on the importance of correct nutrition required to stay fit and healthy, the statement said.
The DLF-based K&A Golf is organising and running the Amway Nutrilite Tour.
Commenting on the association, Anshu Budhraja, Amway India chief executive, said, “Today the importance of sports and nutrition have become invaluable. Nutrition is key to an athlete’s success.
