In-form Sneha Singh eyes hat-trick of wins on Hero WPGT

Sneha Singh is in line for a title hat-trick as she tees up in the fourth leg of the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour at Bombay Presidency Golf Club on Tuesday.

The Hyderabad girl, who plans to play in Europe this summer, has won the second and third legs and leads the Hero Order of Merit with the two title and one fifth place finish in three starts, the WGAI said.

Sneha, who has now had 10 wins on the Hero WPGT, was a convincing winner at Kolkata and in the third leg at Pune and hopes to carry on with the same form.

Sneha will be trying to emulate Vidhatri Urs, who won the 10^th, 11^th and 12^th legs of the tour in 2024 at the BPGC event that offers Rs 16 lakh as the prize purse.

A strong field of 40 players includes multiple winners Vani Kapoor, runner-up last week, 2024 Order of Merit topper Hitaashee Bakshi, Amandeep Drall, Jasmine Shekar, Rhea Purvi Saravanan, Ridhima Dilawari, Gaurika Bishnoi and Neha Tripathi among others.

The six amateurs in the fray are Mannat Brar, Saanvi Somu, Anuradha Chaudhuri, Keerthana Rajeev, Aradhana Manikandan and Bhuvika Bhise.
