After over 300 golfers strutted their stuff between Friday and Saturday last, there were emotional moments on the course when the Covid Warriors were honoured with medals.

The “Saluting India’s Covid Warriors” activity was promoted and hosted by the DGC in association with Mawana Sugars and Sanitize 99.9%.

After two days of torrential rain, bright sunshine greeted the 300 golfers who left nothing out on the course in their quest for top honours.

Based on the individual Stableford format where players got points for performance based on 75% of their original handicaps, some low scores and high totals were witnessed.
